In late 2017, HealthLeaders Media and PSQH conducted a 12 question survey on patient identification to gain industry insight from top hospitals and health systems around the country. With 100 responses from C-level executives, practicing clinicians, and department directors, the results indicated a high priority that positively matching a patient to their records was a top priority heading into 2018.
