Giving providers actionable information at the point of care
In late 2017, PSQH conducted a four question survey where 100 respondents from across the care continuum, provided valuable feedback on quality and risk metrics and how they are utilized in making better business decisions for providers. Overwhelmingly, 94% of respondents indicated lab data is a key focal point on where to start analyzing this information.
The commentary will address:
- Lab data and how it has the potential to improve quality- and risk- related
performance measures - Providers needing access to patient-specific quality and performance measures to achieve meaningful value based-care incentives
- How EHRs don’t have all of the patient specific lab data physicians need to improve quality- and risk- related performance measures
