Laura Kline, MBA, CPCU, CIC, is Senior Vice President of Business Development for TDC Group. In her role, Ms. Kline leads business development, sales, distribution, agency management, and affinity programs for TDC Group. She joined the company in 2011 following the acquisition of American Physicians Assurance. Prior to her current assignment, Ms. Kline served as Vice President of Marketing and President of that company’s alternative risk transfer subsidiary. She has considerable expertise in the areas of healthcare and medical malpractice insurance. Ms. Kline holds a master of business administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan, and has completed the Executive Scholars Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with an emphasis in sales and marketing. Ms. Kline has earned the professional designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). She is based in The Doctors Company’s corporate headquarters in Napa, California.
