Mike Eisenberg is the Director, Editor, and Co-Producer of The Pitch: Patient Safety’s Next Generation. He is a Partner and Creative Director at Tall Tale Productions in Chicago. This is his third feature documentary, including To Err Is Human, which explored medical error and the culture of patient safety in American healthcare. His father, Dr. John M. Eisenberg, was the Director of the Agency for Healthcare research and Quality (AHRQ) until his passing in 2002, and that work guides Mike’s passion for this topic.
