Now Available: Common Format – Readmissions Version 0.1 Beta

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has released Common Format -Readmissions Version 0.1 Beta designed for use in the acute care hospital environment to gain enhanced understanding about the circumstances surrounding readmissions.

Common Format – Readmissions Version 0.1 Beta is one module and part of a series of Common Formats. The module is currently available as a Beta version for public review and comment. This version will be revised based on feedback received.
