Improve Patient Safety through Leadership Fellowship
The AHA-NPSF Comprehensive Patient Safety Leadership Fellowship is a year-long program for clinical and administrative leaders dedicated to improving quality and patient safety.
Through a highly participatory learning experience, fellows gain proficiency with advanced patient safety concepts and utilize those concepts through their Action Learning Project.
The program offers a new comprehensive curriculum that extends traditional patient safety learning and incorporates integrated approaches to improve patient-centeredness, care coordination, employee safety and satisfaction, transparency and organizational learning.
