DocuSys’ Presurgical Care Management System Successfully Installed at Indiana Regional Medical Center

Indiana Regional Medical Center is now able to offer their surgical patients a health survey, HealthQuestionnaire™, which can be completed at the hospital using touch-screen technology or at home via the Web.
