Consumers Advancing Patient Safety (CAPS) is pleased to partner with Transparent Health to promote this video. For each video sold to a CAPS member using coupon code CAPS2010 a contribution will be made to Consumers Advancing Patient Safety.

Viewers are challenged to analyze and reflect upon what went wrong, where their own systems may be vulnerable, how to improve care within their system, and how to effectively address errors when they do occur. This 50-minute film contains facilitated discussion points embedded throughout to highlight key learning objectives and stimulate discussion, and can be segmented into shorter viewing and educational experiences.

Through a special partnership with p4ps, Transparent Learning, Inc., is proud to offer this groundbreaking film in a unique pay-per-view (PPV) experience. The PPV version shows the entire film as seen on the DVD. You can order the Lewis Blackman PPV version for 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 or 1,000 on-demand viewings.
