In the area of care quality, the health system has launched an initiative called Care Signature. The foundation of Care Signature is that patients should have the expectation that no matter where they go in the health system, they are given the same care based on their clinical condition.

In 2023, the National Transitions of Care Coalition’s (NTOCC) Transitions of Care (TOC) Pharmacy Advisory Committee and its Sub-Committee on Value-Based Care & Outcomes created and sent out the NTOCC Transitions of Care Pharmacy Outcomes Survey to the NTOCC Community and their social media followers, including some ABQAURP members.
